2. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use Next Space services for any of the following activities:
2.1 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Sending unsolicited commercial email, SMS, or calls
- Using automated tools to contact people without consent
- Continuing to contact recipients who have asked not to be contacted
- Mass distribution of marketing materials
- Any violation of CAN-SPAM Act or similar anti-spam legislation
2.2 Fraudulent and Deceptive Practices
- Committing fraud or engaging in deceptive practices
- Misrepresenting yourself or your business
- Using the service to scam, phish, or deceive others
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
- Running pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing fraud
- Advanced-fee schemes or money transfer scams
2.3 Robocalling and Automated Harassment
- Making robocalls or automated calls to recipients who have not explicitly consented
- Using robocalls for harassment or threats
- Violating TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) regulations
- Making unsolicited prerecorded calls
- Sending unsolicited prerecorded SMS messages
- Using autodialers or predictive dialer technology illegally
2.4 Identity Spoofing and Caller ID Manipulation
- Spoofing phone numbers or caller ID information
- Falsifying caller ID to deceive recipients
- Using another person's phone number or identity
- Misrepresenting the origin of calls or messages
- Attempting to appear as a legitimate business when not authorized
2.5 Harassment and Threats
- Making threatening, abusive, or harassing calls or messages
- Cyberbullying or online harassment
- Threatening violence or harm
- Persistent contact after being asked to stop
- Coordinated harassment campaigns
- Stalking or unwanted surveillance communications
2.6 Illegal Activities
- Using the service to violate any local, state, federal, or international law
- Facilitating illegal activities or criminal behavior
- Drug trafficking or promoting illegal substances
- Weapons trafficking or promotion of violence
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Child exploitation or abuse
- Intellectual property theft or copyright infringement
2.7 Technical Abuse
- Hacking, unauthorized access, or system intrusion
- Attempting to compromise our security systems
- Denial of Service (DoS) or DDoS attacks
- Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Port scanning or network reconnaissance
- Unauthorized system access or data theft
2.8 Telemarketing Violations
- Calling residential numbers on the National Do-Not-Call Registry
- Failing to properly disclose the purpose of calls
- Refusing to remove numbers from call lists upon request
- Calling outside of permitted hours (before 8 AM or after 9 PM)
- Failing to provide accurate caller ID information for telemarketing
- Violating FTC telemarketing rules or state equivalents
2.9 Recording and Privacy Violations
- Recording calls without proper consent (where required by law)
- Violating two-party consent recording laws
- Sharing recorded conversations without authorization
- Violating wiretapping laws
- Unauthorized recording of minors
2.10 Regulatory Violations
- Violating TCPA, GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations
- Non-compliance with FCC regulations
- Violating state telemarketing or consumer protection laws
- Failure to maintain required regulatory compliance
3. Lawful Use Only
Next Space is provided exclusively for lawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when using
our services. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and legal authorities regarding any suspected illegal use.
4. Consent Requirements
You agree that:
- All recipients of your communications have explicitly consented to receive them
- You have obtained proper authorization before using phone numbers or identities
- You have clear opt-in confirmation from recipients for marketing communications
- You respect all requests to be removed from call/message lists
- You maintain records of consent and opt-in confirmations
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- All activity on your account, regardless of whether authorized by you
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Immediately reporting any unauthorized account access
- Ensuring authorized users understand and follow this policy
- Regularly monitoring your account activity
6. Intellectual Property Compliance
You agree not to:
- Infringe on any copyright, trademark, or patent rights
- Use content without proper licensing or authorization
- Violate any intellectual property laws
- Download or distribute copyrighted material illegally
7. Compliance and Monitoring
Next Space reserves the right to:
- Monitor accounts for compliance with this policy
- Investigate suspicious activity
- Review communications for policy violations
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
- Block or restrict accounts engaged in prohibited activities
8. Enforcement and Consequences
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Termination of service without refund
- Permanent ban from our services
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
- Civil or criminal legal action
- Forfeiture of any prepaid fees or credits
9. Investigation and Reporting
Upon discovery of suspected AUP violations, we will:
- Conduct an investigation of the reported violation
- Provide you notice of the suspected violation (unless prohibited by law)
- Allow opportunity to respond within 48 hours
- Make a determination based on available evidence
- Implement appropriate enforcement actions
10. Legal Cooperation
We fully cooperate with law enforcement and legal authorities. Next Space will:
- Preserve account information for legal proceedings
- Respond to lawful subpoenas and legal requests
- Provide information to authorities investigating crimes
- Block accounts engaged in illegal activities
- Maintain detailed logs for investigation purposes
11. Third-Party Services
When using our integrated platforms (Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Google Voice, 3CX), you also agree to comply with their
acceptable use policies and terms of service. Violations of third-party policies may result in action against your account.
