Next Space provides managed telecom solutions and reseller services for business communication platforms including Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Google Voice, and 3CX. We offer setup, configuration, onboarding, and support services. We are an independent reseller and service provider, not affiliated with or endorsed by any platform provider.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the services. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Robocalling or automated harassment
• Phishing or identity spoofing
• Illegal telecom usage or regulatory violations
• Any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations

4. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account according to the pricing plan you select. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Your payment information will be securely processed through our payment partner.

5. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless you select annual billing
• You can cancel your subscription anytime with notice to terminate future billing
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• No long-term contracts are required

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions for unresolved technical issues. Refunds are not available for services already used or consumed, or for accounts in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. See our Refund Policy for complete terms.

7. Account Termination

Next Space reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms of this agreement, engage in illegal activity, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you lose the right to access the service and all data associated with your account.

8. Third-Party Services and Providers

Next Space services integrate with third-party platforms (Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Google Voice, 3CX) and their terms of service apply to your use of those platforms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, or discontinuations. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Next Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Next Space disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website are owned by Next Space, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy and Data

13. Communication Compliance

You represent and warrant that you will use our services in compliance with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications

• Spoof phone numbers or misrepresent your identity
• Record calls without proper consent
• Use our service for robocalling or automated harassment
• Violate telemarketing regulations (TCPA, etc.)
• Send or facilitate fraudulent or scam communications

14. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Next Space is not liable for service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or forces beyond our control. We maintain a 99.5% uptime commitment across our service infrastructure.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Space, its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of any laws or third-party rights.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Next Space is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in such jurisdiction.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or court proceedings as permitted by law.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Next Space regarding the use of our services. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
